IO-Link Condition Monitoring

Condition monitoring systems and their components contribute to the efficient and trouble-free operation of machines and plants in industry. Disruptions in the production process due to unplanned downtimes can be prevented by using sensors. Monitoring devices such as vibration, temperature, pressure and level sensors, provide data on the condition of a plant. CTS safety Switch

The CTS safety switch is the latest development in this field. Measuring only 135 by 31 by 31 mm and featuring a locking force up to 3,900 N, plus diverse mounting options, it is versatile enough for almost any application. The CTS can be mounted in three directions to protect both hinged and sliding doors. A new, retrofittable escape release greatly expands the range of applications.

CKS2 Safe key system

In combination with highly coded, transponder-based keys, the key adapter CKS2 forms a safe system that meets the highest safety requirements for machine and installation lockout and starting. Thanks to the integrated evaluation electronics, the compact CKS2 system can solve many tasks for you.

 

Simple operation

When the key is inserted into the key adapter, the data on the key are read and checked for validity. If the key is recognized as valid, the safety outputs switch. Keys are taught-in directly on the key adapter, without complex programming.

 

Absolute safety

Proven transponder technology and the use of keys with a high coding level provide absolute safety. The CKS2 system can be integrated into installations with the highest safety requirements, such as category 4 / PL e according to EN ISO 13849-1.

Even the basic system comprising handle module and interlocking/ locking module includes numerous functions.

The versatile 900 series direct drive rotary tables are particularly suitable for HSC milling, mill-turn machining, modern hobbing (power skiving) or even demanding grinding operations. The housing of the 900 DD series is fully sealed to IP 67 and even rotations of well over 2,000 rpm are no problem. The clamping unit clamps the powRgrip® collet into the toolholder with a force of up to 90 kN. Oelheld SintoGrind series

Grinding oils in our SintoGrind series are high-performance cooling lubricants made of synthetic base oils, free of chlorine and heavy metals, for high-speed grinding processes that require extreme precision and optimum cooling.

SintoGrind products are free of aromatics and contain additives with a high pressure absorption capacity. When SintoGrind is used, the selected additives ensure clean and abrasive grinding wheels. The applied tangential force is effectively reduced and, together with surfactants, superb cooling, wetting and lubricating effectiveness is achieved. The extraction of cobalt during tungsten carbide grinding is minimized due to the special composition.

SintoGrind grinding oils have low rates of evaporation and misting, are extremely low foaming and have excellent rinsing and cooling capacity due to their low viscosity. Furthermore, they are absolutely shear-resistant and extremely resistant to ageing. Fluid life of more than 10 years is often possible and with optimal filtration it can be used longer without any problems.

Application

If features a sleek and attractive design. Its precision and versatility allow quick and easy determination of workpiece zero points and lengths. The probing can be performed in all axis directions (X/Y/Z) with identical resolution. As soon as the pointer shows  〞0 〞, the spindle axis stands precisely on the workpiece edge.

The protection of the measuring unit is of topmost priority. For this purpose, large travel paths, limited by mechanical stops, have been integrated into the probing unit. The probing unit tip has a breaking point that is mounted near the top. If your 3D probes are damaged by the effect of an external force, a simple repair is economically possible.

3D Tester Digital

How to work with the 3D Tester Digital :

Clamp the 3D Tester into your tool holder, adjust the run-out and there you go

Rough scale (1.5 till 0.25mm)
Fast approach and safe probing thanks to the analogue rough display. The eye can easily follow the progress as the black bar decreases clockwise.

Fine scale (0.25 till 0mm)
At -0.25mm, the display changes to the fine scale and the green LED lights up.

Zero point (precisely reached)
When the 〞0〞is reached, the spindle axis is positioned precisely on the edge of the workpiece.

Danger of crash
(0mm till ERR01)
When overpassing, the LED warns in red and the black bar builds up clockwise to the right. Shortly before crash (>1mm), you can see ERR01 on the display.
