At TSMC, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. In 2024, we introduced the "Inclusion Champion Program" in Taiwan, nurturing 218 inclusion champions. This initiative paved the way for the first-ever "TSMC Inclusion Day" in April 2025, where we honored champions and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that promote a global inclusive workplace. Looking forward, we are taking steps to expand the program globally, tailoring initiatives to address the diverse needs across our company. #TSMCArizona is thrilled to kick off an exciting summer with 198 talented college student #interns! Representing 60 U.S. colleges and universities, these bright minds — many studying engineering and materials science — are joining us for a summer filled with learning, collaboration, and innovation. During their 11-week program, our interns will take on meaningful projects, receive guidance from their TSMC ‘buddy,’ engage with former interns who are now thriving as TSMC Arizona engineers, and participate in community service activities. Last week’s “College Alum” social event was a great opportunity for interns and employees to connect and build lasting relationships! A special thanks to Arizona State University for providing summer housing at their West campus for many of our out-of-state interns. 🌞 With thousands of jobs to fill in the coming years, our summer internship program is a cornerstone of TSMC Arizona’s commitment to investing in talent and building the future #semiconductor workforce. To all our interns — welcome to the team! We’re so glad you’re here, and we can’t wait to see the amazing contributions you’ll make. 💡 #InnovationStartsHere #NurturingTalent #FutureWorkforce #SemiconductorJobs #FutureLeaders #Arizona
