About us

Primelite was founded in Munich, Germany, in 2016 by a team of experienced engineers and managers. We are committed to developing advanced UV-LED light sources that are best-in-class solutions for our customers. Our products do an outstanding job in semiconductor manufacturing (photolithography) and challenging UV-curing applications. Many features of our high-power LED light sources are beneficial if you need to establish robust processes and can be very helpful in other industries relying upon stable UV, VIS, and NIR exposure, too: Semiconductor Manufacturing High-performance UV-LED exposure systems to replace legacy mercury arc lamps in mask aligners, steppers, and other lithography equipment. UV-LED Curing and Exposure High-power spot and precision area curing solutions to enhance automotive, electronics, medical device, and optics manufacturing processes. Direct Imaging UV-LED DLP® / DMD illumination for maskless lithography, 3D, and computer-to-screen (CtS) printing. High-Power LED Use Cases Innovative high-performance LED upgrades for industrial inspection (NDT), medical illumination, machine vision, or custom setups.
