Das Verfahren für die Vorbehandlung von Oberflächen mit atmosphärischem, unter Normaldruck erzeugtem und industrietauglichem Plasma hat viele Industrieprozesse verbessert. Und es eröffnen sich permanent neue Einsatzfelder. 🚴♀️Team Plasmatreat RTS-Electronic embodies sport, passion, and responsibility! The women's cycling team took third place overall in the Bundesliga. 🥉🎉 Strong teamwork, sporting ambition, and genuine perseverance pay off. In their first Bundesliga season, the Plasmatreat – RTS Electronics women's cycling team fought their way to third place in the overall standings of the “Müller – Die lila Logistik Rad-Bundesliga” race in Giessen, Germany — a great success! Team manager David Buske is very satisfied with the riders and the entire team. 💪 This result is not only the product of sporting talent, but also of a strong sense of community and a clear social commitment. The team consists of ambitious young riders who are also committed to a good cause through their participation in the Bundesliga. 💜 At every race, the team supports its charity partner, the SAPV team for children and young people, a project of the Bethel Children's and Youth Hospice. The project enables children and young people with limited life expectancies to spend valuable time with their families. 🚀 High-Tech Pretreatment for Adhesive Bonding: Plasmatreat’s Openair-Plasma® System Now at Fraunhofer IFAM! Hands-On learning - with the latest plasma equipment. The Fraunhofer IFAM Bremen, a long-standing partner of Plasmatreat, has expanded its training room for adhesive bonding technology with an Openair-Plasma® system. Participants in the certified training courses, for example for bonding practitioners, bonding specialists, bonding engineers or adhesive tape bonders, can now clean and activate their samples and components with the new plasma system during the practical part of the courses, directly in the classroom. 🇸🇪 Plasmatreat Nordic and RISE are working together for the industry of tomorrow. Since its inception, #Plasmatreat Nordic has worked closely with customers and research partners, such as the Swedish research institute RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden). The collaboration aims to develop new, practical #surfacetreatment solutions using atmospheric pressure plasma that are available in Sweden and Scandinavia. Research approaches include developing new, environmentally friendly adhesive processes for recyclable plastic packaging without the use of primers. This research is conducted in a specialized technology center at RISE. There, a complete plasma system with Openair-Plasma® and PlasmaPlus® technology from Plasmatreat has been set up, including industrial robots and a state-of-the-art Plasma Control Unit for process monitoring. The RISE technology center is a central research location for plasma technology in Northern Europe. It is available for research projects, material evaluations, and innovations in areas such as packaging, medical technology, automotive, and electronics. Here, customers can collaborate with the research institute and industry companies to develop new methods and, ideally, bring them to market maturity and process integration.
