Thanks MSTVision GmbH for the great exchange and warm hospitality. It was a valuable opportunity to share insights, exchange ideas, and collaborate on practical solutions. 🤝 And let’s just say: the MSTVision beer garden made it very easy to feel at home. 🌳🍺
This week at MSTVision: Developer on the Road! We had the pleasure of welcoming a very special intern – Christian Hartinger from MVTec Software GmbH visited us for a whole week to work with us on some exciting projects. Exchanging ideas directly from the field is what we love! 🙌 During his visit, he gave us a hands-on introduction to the new image source features in HALCON 25.05. In return, we shared some of the application-driven challenges we’re currently working on. Together, we explored potential solutions and deepened our mutual understanding of real-world machine vision tasks. Who said tech talks have to be dry? And because brain fuel needs real fuel, we wrapped up the day where ideas flow best – our MSTVision beer garden. Wine region? Yes. But nothing beats a cold beer after debugging at 5pm.🌳🍺 Thanks again for the great exchange – we look forward to welcoming you back soon! #ImageProcessing #MVTec #MachineVision #HALCON #GenICam #DeveloperExchange #Biergarten

🔍𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲? Probably not. And neither would your customers. Even the smallest defect can damage trust, increase returns, and cost your company money. A surface imperfection isn’t just cosmetic - it signals poor quality, potential product failure, and lost brand reputation. But here’s the problem: Many defects are too small for human inspectors to catch - especially in fast-moving production lines. And once a scratched or dented product reaches a customer? It’s already too late. Machine vision surface inspection prevents this. No bad parts. No returns. No lost customers. Just perfect products, every time. #QualityInspection #ManufacturingExcellence #MachineVision #SmartProduction #DefectDetection #ZeroDefects
