Bar codes, data codes, and printed text appear on nearly every item moving through a production line. They serve a simple purpose: communicate what the item is, where it belongs, and whether it meets required standards. Machine vision systems support this by locating each code, reading it, and evaluating its print quality. 🔍 This makes it possible to: • Authenticate pharmaceuticals • Track parcels through logistics networks • Verify bottles and cans at line speed • Match spare parts in automotive warehouses • Check expiry dates in food packaging Reliable identification ensures that downstream processes, from routing to quality control, receive accurate information. This video illustrates how different industries depend on these core capabilities. #Identification #MachineVision #Automation #OCR #QualityInspection #SmartManufacturing
