My name is Wu Qiang, and I am a service engineer. I joined mechatronic systemtechnik in April 2021. Since then, I have been primarily responsible for the installation and debugging of Laser Ring Cut and Ring Remover equipment in mainland China, as well as process research and development and providing out-of-warranty services. mechatronic systemtechnik feels like a warm family. Colleagues from all over the world work together in this organization with a strong sense of teamwork, unity, and mutual support. Together, we achieve breakthroughs in engineering and tackle technical challenges. I am Stefan Bicek. For the past two years, I have been the Head of Purchasing at mechatronic systemtechnik. With over 24 years of experience in Purchasing, Supplier Strategy, and Supply Chain Management, I have worked for international companies such as Knorr-Bremse Div. IFE, Schwing GmbH, Airbus S.E., Bombardier Inc., and IBM CEMA. I genuinely enjoy negotiations, and the best part of my role at mechatronic systemtechnik is that it offers plenty of them every day. I have been with mechatronic systemtechnik since July 2004. I started in the plastics department before transitioning, upon internal request, to assembly and service assignments for Infineon Villach. In 2008, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the first TWS (Sorter), supporting both the start-up process and the on-site installation. Working on our machines has always been both enjoyable and challenging for me. My passion for this work has motivated me to continuously expand my skills and knowledge. As part of the service team, I was occasionally involved in the integration, on-site supervision, and maintenance of TWH (NSX) systems. I also had the chance to assist in module assembly for a period, which I thoroughly enjoyed. In 2011, I decided to fully focus on assembly and service assignments for our customers at Infineon Villach. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working on a variety of projects—ranging from small manufacturing components to complex solutions—always with customer satisfaction as the top priority. This diverse work has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Customer satisfaction is my greatest motivation, and I am always willing to lend a hand internally whenever my schedule allows.
