The German Institute Taipei is seeking a full-time employee (m/f/div.) for a fixed-term position in the visa section from August 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027 (20 months total). The position entails 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accepting and conducting preliminary checks of visa applications at the counter
• Entering data on a computer
• Providing information via email

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent command of Chinese and English
• Good command of German
• Proficient in working with computers
• Polite and professional demeanor, assertiveness
• Ability to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility
• Strong team spirit

The employment is based on local Taiwanese labor regulations, and compensation will be paid in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).

The German Institute Taipei offers:
